Joe’s background started in 1973 as an apprentice technician at Rosenthal Chevrolet in Arlington, VA
At that time, Rosenthal had the four top Corvette technicians on staff in the DC metro area. It was this expertise by working “Hand in Hand” with those technicians that taught Joe all the in’s and out’s of Corvettes from 1953 thru 1990..
Joe rose quickly within the Rosenthal Organization from awards of placing him within the top 48 Chevrolet technicians in the country by General Motors for three years running and then advancing into service management as Shop Foreman, Service Manager and finally Asst. Service Director supervising over 32 technicians…
